Tap out
Sometimes a hero is the wrong hero. Sometimes it arrives already beaten. Either way, tapping out is allowed, and it goes through the store that sent it.
The short version
Returns, refunds, replacements and faulty-item claims are all handled by the partner store you bought from, inside the order page of your account there. Its return window and conditions apply.
Three common tap-outs
| What happened | What to do |
|---|---|
| Wrong hero, or a duplicate gift | Start a return from the order page while the pack is unopened. The store issues the label and the refund. |
| Leaking or punctured on arrival | Do not let a child play with it. Report it as damaged from the order page; the store replaces or refunds. |
| Feature not working (lights, sounds, launcher) | Check the battery tab is pulled, then report it as defective through the same order page. |
Before you send it back
- Keep the outer pack until you are sure the hero is staying.
- Photograph any damage; the store's form may ask for it.
- Note that the window starts on the delivery date shown in your account.
What we can help with
If you are unsure whether a figure is faulty or just a different filling than you expected, write to contact@goojitzu.org and describe it. We will tell you what that hero should feel like.
